If you receive no response in 21 days or you are dissatisfied with the outcome provided by the travel business, please return to ATIA at this time and submit your complaint.

Please allow 21 days for the business to provide their response and if, after 21 days, you have not received a response or you remain dissatisfied with the outcome offered by the business, you may then return to ATIA and submit your complaint.
