All ATIA accredited businesses will have a set of Terms and Conditions that form part of the contract you enter with them when you purchase travel.

The businesses Terms and Conditions will stipulate both your responsibilities and the businesses and relevant fees that are applicable from the business.

In addition to the businesses Terms and Conditions, the end suppliers that you contract with (for example a tour operator in another country) with will also have Terms and Conditions that you are bound by.

It is important to understand both sets of Terms and Conditions.  In the event that you cancel, your monies may not be refundable. 

Always ask for an outline of fees that will apply if you cancel and always have travel insurance!
